Refund & Return Policy – Kayabeauty

At Kayabeauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund once the product is returned. No additional shipping fees will be charged for such replacements. Please review our Cancellation & Return Policy for full details.

Closed Box Delivery

We follow a strict closed box delivery system to ensure product authenticity, customer privacy, and protection against adulteration or tampering.

Conditions for Return & Replacement

  • If you discover a defect (damaged/defective/wrong product) after opening the box, notify our Customer Relationship Management Department via inbox or hotline (+01700997603) immediately, providing photo/video proof.
  • Complaints must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • For electronics, a 15-day replacement guarantee applies for defective or non-functional items.
  • If inspection finds the product free of defects, the same item will be returned to you. In such cases, both return and delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, swatched, liquid/semi-liquid, or clearance sale products.
  • Products where the seal is broken, or items that do not suit personal preferences (smell, texture, color, design, etc.).
  • Lingerie bottoms (panties) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, whether tried or not.

Special Exchange Cases

  • If you mistakenly order the wrong product, an exchange may be arranged upon payment of return and resending costs. This depends on product type, associated risks, and management discretion.
  • Original invoice, Kayabeauty box, and intact product packaging must be returned with the item.
  • Once approved, product transfer steps must be completed within 3 days of the agreed time.
  • For lingerie sizing issues, please consult our female consultants before purchase. If purchased without consultation, contact our hotline for assistance.

Return Process & Costs

  • Products will be collected via third-party courier arranged by our Customer Relationship Management team.
  • Pickup may take up to 7 working days, and exchange delivery may require an additional 7 working days after the product reaches Kayabeauty.
  • Customers will not bear any cost for pickup under applicable conditions.
